About Amanda Price

Amanda has been a Park Township Trustee for ten years and was elected Supervisor in 2008. She began her professional career as a Trust Officer with American Bank & Trust/First of America Bank in Lansing.
Amanda is currently Legislative Aide to Republican Senator Patricia Birkholz. Prior to her position in the Senate, she was Public Affairs Manager for SemcoEnergy in West Michigan.
She is a graduate of Michigan State University, the Institute for Paralegal Training (Philadelphia, Pa), and holds a Masters in Public Administration from Western Michigan University.
Amanda has been married to Rodger for thirty years and they have two sons, Nate and Collin. Rodger is the Coordinator of Leader Renewal and Pastors Networks at the Reformed Church in America and owns his own leadership consulting firm.
Amanda and Rodger attend Fellowship Reformed Church where they are actively involved in the Kids Hope ministry and the Natural Church Development ministry.
Amanda currently serves on the Macatawa Area Coordinating Council Policy Committee and is Vice Chair of the West Michigan Airport Authority.
Amanda has co-chaired the Capital Campaign for the Northside Boys and Girls Club of Greater Holland, served on the Holland Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and Chair of its Public Policy Committee and is a graduate of the Michigan Political Leadership Program at Michigan State University. With the Ottawa County Republican Party, Amanda has held positions as Vice Chair, Treasurer and Finance Chair.
Amanda loves time with her family and new granddaughter, hiking the Appalachian and Pacific Crest Trails, biking and summers along Lake Michigan.
